HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
Please refer to the shipping page for delivery times and rates. Packages to Europe generally arrive within a week, while those overseas under two weeks.
MY PACKAGE STILL HASN’T ARRIVED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
For tracking information please follow the instructions in the “Shipping confirmation” email.
If it seems to be stuck at some point in the tracking, please give it a few more days. Your package may have been held back by customs or sorting facility at the post office.
If you are unable to track your package or it’s taking too long to arrive, e-mail us at email@example.com and I’ll do my best to help you resolve the situation.
WHAT DO I DO IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?
We go to great lengths to ensure the prints arrive in pristine conditions, but even then can’t stop the evil postal handlers. In the very unfortunate (and thankfully very unlikely) event of your package arriving damage, please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org and I’ll get a replacement shipped to you right away.
